Full Management Services

For complete Airbnb management and short-term rental management, we charge:

20% + GST of gross monthly rental income

  • Fee: 10% + GST of gross monthly rental income
  • This service covers guest communication and booking management, ensuring smooth guest experiences without the full management package.

Cleaning & Turnovers Only

  • Fee: $50 per turnover (or based on property size)
  • Linen Services: $20 per stay
  • This service includes cleaning between guest stays, linen turnovers, and ensuring that the property is ready for the next guest.

Photography & Listing Optimization

  • Fee: $350 flat fee
  • Professional photography and listing optimization services to ensure your property stands out on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and others.

Maintenance Coordination

  • Fee: $75 per visit (for basic checks)
  • Includes property maintenance and coordination with trusted contractors for repairs and general upkeep.

Additional Fees

  • Setup Fee:
    There are no setup fees for full management services.
  • Cleaning Costs:
    Cleaning is included in the management fee; however, there may be additional charges for extra-large properties or specialized cleaning requests.
  • Premium Linen:
    If you wish to include luxury linen services, there is an additional $30 per stay charge.
