How does the payment process work?
Payments are processed at the end of each month, with a detailed statement provided showing your gross income, our management fee, and any additional cleaning or maintenance costs. The net balance is transferred directly to your account.

While furnishing your property is not required, it is highly recommended to increase your property’s appeal and attract more guests. We can provide suggestions on how to make your property more inviting.
What areas do you service?
We currently offer our short-term rental management services in Sydney, Australia. If you’re located outside of Sydney, please contact us to see if we can accommodate you.
How much do you charge for your services?
Our full management fee is 20% + GST of your property’s gross rental income. This covers everything from guest communication and cleaning services to pricing optimization and maintenance coordination.

We conduct regular property inspections and proactively schedule maintenance checks to ensure your property is always in top condition. If anything needs attention, we coordinate repairs immediately.

Yes! We provide professional photography and listing optimization services to help your property stand out on platforms like Airbnb and attract more bookings.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No, we operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. We believe in earning your business every month based on our performance and results.
What happens if a guest damages my property?
If any damage occurs, we’ll work with the guest to resolve the issue. We also provide access to Airbnb’s host guarantee (for Airbnb listings) or other damage protection plans to cover the cost of repairs.
