Yes! We offer customized services. You can opt to handle certain aspects of your property while we take care of the rest, such as guest communication or maintenance coordination.

How often do you check the property for maintenance?

We conduct regular property inspections and proactively schedule maintenance checks to ensure your property is always in top condition. If anything needs attention, we coordinate repairs immediately.

Can you help with listing optimization and photography?

Yes! We provide professional photography and listing optimization services to help your property stand out on platforms like Airbnb and attract more bookings.

Do I need to sign a contract?

No, we operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. We believe in earning your business every month based on our performance and results.

What happens if a guest damages my property?

If any damage occurs, we’ll work with the guest to resolve the issue. We also provide access to Airbnb’s host guarantee (for Airbnb listings) or other damage protection plans to cover the cost of repairs.
